Terms of marshleo freelance program

IN THIS AGREEMENT, WE HAVE PREPARED A GUIDELINE FOR YOU. AND YOU HAVE ALSO BEEN INFORMED ABOUT SOME OF OUR CONDITIONS. IF YOU WANT TO JOIN OUR FREELANCE PROGRAM THEN YOU HAVE TO FOLLOW OUR TERMS AND GUIDELINES.

Marshleo is a business solution company, we provide marketing, designing, and tech related services to our clients. By building freelance team, we aim to deliver clients' projects fast and keep them satisfied with the quality of our work.

We are building our own freelance team to help us with our projects. If your expertise matches with our services, you can join our freelance program.

You need at least 2+ years of experience to join our freelance team. If you are new to freelance journey then you are judged on your creative work and knowledge after that our team takes decision about your selection and you are informed through email.

1.     Projects & Work

·         We deal with our clients about the project and our services are explained as the freelancer has to work on the project as per the client and our requirements.

·         Before working on any type of assignment or project, we decide the team of freelancers according to the project and form a group and work on that project.

 

2.     Team Work

·         We treat our freelancer team like a family and hope that we will never face any kind of complaint or fraud from them. Our company believes in growing together and it is the responsibility of each and every individual to uphold that belief.

·         We have 20+ freelancer data available, after receiving the project from the client, we select the freelancer team from our database according to the skills and knowledge of the project and the freelancer. (Example: If we want to work on a web design and development project, for that project we select a team of skilled individuals from our database, i.e. graphic designers, programmers, content writers, etc.)

·         Along with the team, we create a WhatsApp group in which the Clients are also available so that we can be present with the customers and solve their queries immediately.

·         The team needs to be proficient in team management tools and online meeting tools when we work on a client's project or assignment.

·         If we see any freelancer's skill, behavior, and ability to work hard, then we can also give them full time job opportunity in our company and first priority in job hiring will be given to freelance team.

·         Freelance teams may not have direct contact with our clients in any way. If you do this you will be permanently banned from our team, all the freelance team members can interact with the client through WhatsApp groups or other tools only when the project is going on.

·         Our company's executive will be with you to lead the team in every project and stay connected with our clients. Our executives will work to guide you through the project and assign responsibilities to you.

 

3.     Meeting

·         While working on client's project our company also provide weekly support to client, if our client has some problem regarding our project then we can do weekly meeting so that we can understand client's problem and make changes in project.

·         There will be a common online meeting with our company and the freelancer team to keep up with your issue and the team's relationship with the company

·         We do online meetings with our freelancer team and our clients, so accordingly we use Zoom or Google Meet.

·         Our clients are mostly from abroad, if we are meeting with the client, then we have to do the meeting according to their time zone, so you must be ready for the meeting by matching their time zone.

·         All team members must be available in the meeting and you must keep a diary for notes during the meeting.

·         After our company gets the project from the client, we will select the team members for that project and we hold a meeting with them a day before starting that project, it is mandatory for the team member to be present at the time of that meeting.

 

4.      Legal & Privacy

·         All the members of our freelance team should take care that the project data of our clients is not misused. If any customer's project data is misused, our company will impose a fine of $5000 on that person along with legal action.

·         Freelance teams cannot include projects from our company in their portfolio. If a freelance team member works on our company's project and includes that work in their portfolio, that member will be permanently banned from our team.

·         Freelance team members cannot collect any testimonials, reviews, or feedback from our clients. If you take personal review or feedback from our clients, you will be permanently banned from the team.

·         It is illegal to have direct contact with our clients and demand them for any kind of payment or projects. If any person does such act then legal action will be taken against that person.

·         We care about the data and privacy of our freelancer team.

·         It is mandatory to share the contact details of the client and your contact details with each other, for this type of action that person will be banned from the team.

·         If you are running agency with freelancing then you are not eligible to join our team. Our company wants to build a network of freelancing team. You cannot share your agency's brand or social media name with our customers, legal action will be taken against the person doing such act.

 

5.     Responsibility

·         It is the job of each person to fulfil the responsibility given to the team members while working on the project.

·         The team will be selected to work in the project and each person will be given a task according to the project, it is the responsibility of the team members to complete those tasks.

 

6.     Convenience fee

·         Convenience fee is a one-time payment and it is non-refundable.

·         If you are from abroad, you can pay us the convenience fee through PayPal. And if you are from India then you can pay us through Direct Bank Transfer or any UPI.

·         Meeting scheduling details and payment link are sent to you by email. After that we have a meeting with you and you have an interview.

 

7.     Payment Method

·         If you are an Indian freelancer, your payment will be done through UPI like (Google pay, phone pay, paytm among others), or direct bank transfer.

·         If you are an international freelancer then your payment will be done by International Payment Tool like PayPal, Payoneer.

·         As per our rules we do not pay any freelancer upfront, we work as a team, and you will be paid in full after the completion of the project.

·         If you work on the project on hourly basis, then your activity will be counted through a tool, about which our team will give you complete information. And you will be paid in full after the completion of the project.

·         If our customers start the work by giving advance payment and stop the work in the middle then you will not be given full payment for that work. Instead of that, you will be given a 2% commission from our advance amount to all team members (who will be involved in that project)
